 Exploration of biology and biological principles; evolution and the origin of life, cell structure and function, bioenergetics, and genetics. A broad introduction to biology compromises both Biology 113 and 114.

701 Biology College Teaching G 3
 Students take a scholarly approach to studying theory-based methods to help undergraduates learn biology. Students consider the methods as an instructor, peer reviewer, and student.
