Autumn Quarter 2009 Important Dates

**Note--Important Dates subject to change**

Autumn Quarter Grade Posting Deadlines

Nov 2
Mon SU09 incomplete grades and/or Extensions due
Dec 10 (Midnight)1* Thu Graduating grades need to be posted for students with exams on M, T, W
Dec 11 (Noon) Fri Graduating grades need to be posted for students with exams on Th
Dec 14 (Midnight)2* Mon Non-Graduating grades need to be posted

Note 1:  During "Finals Week" grades must be posted by midnight each night.  

 

This will allow DARS to be updated before OIT end-of-day batch processing.  

 

The following morning degree audits will be available for commencement certifications.

 

 

 

Note 2:  The following morning degree audit will be available for processing 

 

of academic warnings, probations, and dismissals.

Note - All Students: Late fee payment penalty: $100 for the second day of classes through the second Friday. Beginning on the second Saturday, the penalty increases to $300. 

VERY IMPORTANT - Please note that special refund and forfeiture policies apply to students receiving financial aid or fee authorizations. Some students may be required to repay and refund a portion of their aid or fee authorization if they withdraw or drop hours.
