Spring Registration Dates

Spring Add/Drop/Withdrawal Deadlines
| Apr 3 | Fri | Last day to add a Spring Quarter course through Web or Advisor |
| without written permission. | ||
| Last day Web adds off of a waitlist. | ||
| Apr 4 -Apr 10 | Written permission of instructor and student’s enrollment unit is required | |

| OSU Withdrawal Form, without having a “W” on your permanent record. | ||
| In case of withdrawal from the University, a dated notation | ||
| “Withdrew” is entered on the student’s permanent record. | ||
| May 15 | Fri | Last day to drop a course or withdraw from Spring Quarter |
| without petitioning. | ||
| May 16- Jun 5 | During this period, withdrawals from courses or from the University | |
| will not be permitted except by petition through the college office. | ||
| The petition for course withdrawal or withdrawal from the University | ||
| is evaluated by the student’s enrollment unit. If the petition is approved, | ||
| “W” will be entered on the permanent record. If the petition is not | ||
| approved, the student continues to be enrolled in the course(s), and a final | ||
| mark must be submitted by the instructor. | ||
| Jun 5 | Fri | Last day of classes. Withdrawals from courses or the University not |
| permitted after this date. |
Spring Fees and Refund Dates
| Feb 2 | Mon | First day Spring Quarter 2009 fees can be paid. |

| Mar 31-Apr 10 | $100 Late Registration fee for continuing students. | |

| Apr 11 | Sat | Late Registration Penalty for students increases to $500. |
| Late Payment Penalty increases to $300. | ||
| Apr 17 | Fri | Last day for 70% refund of fees for Spring Quarter. |
| Apr 24 | Fri | Last day for 60% refund of fees for Spring Quarter. |
| Apr 26 | Sun | Second TOPP payment due. |
| May 1 | Fri | Last day for 50% refund of fees for Spring Quarter. |
| Last day to withdraw from the University for Spring Quarter with | ||
| any refund of fees. |
Note - All Students: Late fee payment penalty: $100 for
the second day of classes through the second
Friday. Beginning on the second Saturday, the penalty increases to $300.
Please note that special refund and forfeiture policies apply to students receiving
financial aid or
fee authorizations. Some students may be required to repay and refund a portion
of their aid or
fee authorization if they withdraw or drop hours.
