* Note 1: During "Finals Week" grades must be posted by midnight each night. This will allow DARS to be updated before OIT end-of-day batch processing. The following morning degree audits will be available for commencement certifications.
** Note 2: The following morning degree audits will be available for processing
academic warnings, probations, and dismissals.
*** Note 3: For the Spring 2009 term only, the grade posting deadline will be moved up due to the end of term student records conversion. Grades not entered into the system by 5:00 p.m. Thursday, June 18, will need to be sent on a grade assignment change form to the Office of the University Registrar, 320 Lincoln Tower, for manual data entry. It would be greatly appreciated if all grades were entered by the June 18 deadline .
