Adjusting Grade Basis

1. Navigate to the Quick Enrollment page.

Pathname: Records and Enrollment - Enroll Students - Quick Enroll a Student

2. At the Search Page, type the following information:

3. Click add.

4. Insert a new class enrollment row (not neccesary if the enrollment already exists)

5. Select *Action (Norm Maint).

6. Type the Class Nbr of the class you wish to change the grade basis.

You may also use the Look Up Glass to locate the Class Nbr.

Select the Class Overrides tab and click the Grading Basis checkbox.

7. Click the Units and Grade tab.

9. Click the Grade Basis field and select the correct Grade Basis (Sat/Unsat, etc.).

10. Click submit.
