Computer Based Testing: Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation or rescheduling of a scheduled GRE, Praxis I, or NBPTS is available on a very limited basis. Candidates who need to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment must do so no less than 3 full business days prior to their appointment. These 3 full business days do not include the day of the appointment or the day the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled. For example, an exam scheduled for 12:00 on a Tuesday would need to be modified no later than Wednesday the week prior, leaving 3 full business days in between of Thursday, Friday, and Monday. Once a test has been scheduled, there is never a chance for a full refund and additional fees will be assessed if an examinee reschedules their appointment. |
