Location, Directions, and Parking
The Office of Testing is located at:
1070 Carmack Road Columbus, OH 43210 (614) 292-2241 Pressey Hall is on Ohio State's West Campus, near Fred Beekman Park and the West Campus commuter parking lots. This West Campus map shows both the best parking locations and the location of Pressey Hall.
OSU Students may take the Campus Area Bus Service (CABS) Campus Loop route to West Campus. The closest stop is outside Beavis Hall, which is labeled stop #1 on the CABS Campus Loop Map. Commuters should approach campus using State Route 315, using the Lane Avenue Exit. Turn westbound onto Lane Ave, then make the first left onto Kenny Road. Carmack Road intersects Kenny Road at the first traffic light -- turn right. The left side of Carmack is a large ("West Campus") parking lot. All commuters should plan to park in this lot. For additional directions to the Columbus area or the Ohio State Campus, please use an online mapping source such as Yahoo Maps or Mapquest. Visitors should use the Pay & Display Parking Meters to purchase parking. Pay & Display machines accept credit cards and coin (no cash). Place your parking receipt on your dashboard and park in any space labeled "WA," "WB," "WC," or Visitor. Be certain to purchase enough time to cover the duration of your exam -- examinees are never permitted to exit the Testing Center to purchase more time. There is a cluster of businesses on the north side of Carmack Roard. Pressey Hall is the northern- and western- most of these buildings. The best entrance to access the Testing Center is on the north side of the building, facing Fred Beekman Park. Please visit www.osu.edu/map for a full campus map. |
